I've heard of them but never seen one myself and was just wondering how it works since I have a few heavy harvesters and could save some cash getting my own power.

Is there some type of special place you have to put it? The other power structures seem like "power harvesters" is this just a heavy power harvester and if so what resouces do I need to survey for to plop it down?

I really know nothing so feel free to get as basic as you want with your replies, thanks in advance.

You have put place them on top of radioactives. Try to find a high percentage spotcontaining high PE radioactive.
