Ok, I bought a +4 Structural Complexity Skill Attachment Tape. Does anyone have any idea what it does? I can't figure it out. Didn't do too many tests on it yet, but so far I can't figure out what it does.

In beta, there was a Structural Complexity and Structure Customization skill mod. Both were in the Construction line. They were taken out because they didn't do anything, which is why the Construction line was so bare until the addition of player cities.
