Can anyone tell me what kind of house I need to place on Dathomire, Endor or Yavin? Or are we not able to place on these anymore? I was really hoping to place a hunting lodge but my generic houses won't work on these planets. Any help would be appreciated.

Generic houses work on those planets. You may be trying to build in a no build zone, or a zone where it has too much slope or peaks/valleys.

Also houses made post patch will work on those planets, but I don't have a list of what house works where. Just take a run around and find player cities. Once there see what kind of City Hall they have, then you will know what style house is available.

I do know that Naboo and Tatooine can be built on Dantooine, Naboo and Corellia on Rori, and Tatooine on Lok.

You cannot place on Dath, Endor or Yavin anymore. This was removed, I believe(but don't quote me), in November.

AFAIK, you can't build *houses* (or Halls, etc) on those three planets. You can place harvesters.

Dath, Endor, and Yavin have been unbuildable for Houses since I started the game toward the end of August. Seems I have seen both extractors and factories there though. Seeing that some schematics call for items from some of these planets, they will probably always be able to accept harvesters (unless the schems are changed).
