I made a gun rack yesterday out of a structure module, 4 poles and a chest. Was wondering if anyone has made afish tank or a gun rack another way??

I'll put together my gun rack and put it on here if someone will show me a fish tank!

Fish Tanks are pretty easy, just time consuming.

Use modest chests (with the doors facing towards the inside of the tank) as the aquarium base.

Use modest cafe tables as gravel inside the tank.

Use combat staves as vertical corners for the tank if you have a tank built free standing. Pillars, crooks and enclaves make excellent areas to build tanks so that combat staves are not needed to show where the "glass" makes a corner.

Set down a torch and place toolchests (facing to the back of the tank) around the torch to hide the flame. This creates a rock pile and air pump effect.

Add large plants, small plants and trees to the inside of the tank at various levels and places to create a water vegatation effect.

If your tank is free standing, you can use the modest couches to create a tank "top". Make sure that the corner of the couches line up with your combat staves and are facing towards the center of the tank. I've seen ottomans also used this way but it takes way to many ottomans to cover the tank top area.

For a nice lighting effect, place a green streetlamp inside the tank. It will light up at night and give off a nice green light inside the tank. Blue or white work as well but stay away from red street lights unless you are going with a different theme.

Come by our city Gathera on Intrepid and walk through some of the houses, particularly Ahooli, Ry', and Scarrr's houses. We just went through a house decorating contest so a lot of the houses are really nice looking. We have a shuttleport in Gathera so its an easy hop from any of the other cities like Theed.

Indeed, awesome reply Bo! Thanks for all the detailed info, I don't have a char on your server but as soon as I get my main computer working again (the one I'm on today crashed to much), I'll be dropping in to check out some of the houses. The decorations sound phenominal.

Thanks,
