Am I dreaming, or did I read something about a new harvester type as part of the chef revamp? If so, anyone know schematic ingredients?

I know there's a new survey tool (shellfish/mollusks, I think it's quested)
I dunno if there is an equivalent harvester... I kinda doubt it..

There was mention of an artisian made net that would be used to harvest this resource. I believe it was intended to work like fishing, and this maybe why fishing stopped working during the trickle.

The notes are a bit vague as to exactly what it is, they call it a "harvesting tool". it is a quest schematic.
Added new shellfish harvesting tool to find mollusk and crustacean resources. Schematic for tool can only be obtained after completing a particular NPC granted mission.
