I am starting to grind Droid Engineer and wonder if factories will give XP for my mouse droids?

Well my factories are placed by my combat char, never done any crafting but he has structure crafting XP and various other bits of crafting XP.

Either factory produed items give usage XP or running a factory gives XP

I thought they gave 5% XP or something similar?

Might be that was dropped but im SURE thats what they changed it to when they dropped it just after launch

My SWG Observations

If they stopped the expansions for one year and gave quality revamps to the professions that need it most, many people would resubscribe.
With all the resubs, and the new players, there would then be plenty of money to hire enough people to do 2-4 quality revamps per year plus 1-2 larger expansions per year and/or 2-4 smaller expansions per year, and not give the BigWigs a pay cut. (Possibly even an increase)

When I was still a master Architect, I had a couple factories on my gf's toons lots that where used to make subcomps with. Now, she's never even opened a crafting tool but she's got about 8k or so of Structure Crafting XP. From what I can tell, they do give usage XP but at a slow rate. I couldn't even begin to guess the rate but it's not a whole lot. If you're making all the subcomps for DE, you will begin to get some extra XP when you slap them into a finished droid.
