edit: OKso now that I think about it the FAQ won't really help ya much. Itessentially just says that prices vary from server to server but assembly tapes do have value.

hehe, makes me think of....brain...gear....mouth....action. I would have edited my answer out completely were I you Pawlin. Back on subject, yes indeed the structure assembly will stick UNLESS the tape were added to an item already containing a +25 Structure Assembly (Yes, I know nobody would be dumb enough to do that, I am just trying to explain how it works, if for any reason you wanted to try to get the other mod to stick). Value, a real range server to server, I see exp tapes going for 1 mill per point then a week later a few 100k per point, similarly with assembly tapes, sometimes they go for a few hundred k per point, other time they wont shift even at under 50k per, and that is on just one server. My suggestion? Fix a price in your mind you would be happy to get, say 2.5 million (but you chose here what would make you happy), put it up for auction with a min bid of say 1 million, but state there is a silent reserve, if it goes over the figure you are happy with then sell it, if it doesn't well then hold on and try again in a few months. But if you do this, whatever happens don't get upset if you see a +10 go in a couple of weeks time for twice what you sold this one at. The market is fickle and depends on what is hot and what is not at the time you auction.
Alternatively, to find out what it is worth you could ask an architect, but I reckon for every one you ask you will get a different answer depending upon how much they personally would want this.
