There is a metal being auctioned with 921 HR, 943 SR, and 945 UT. Is this good enough for making harvesters that sell? Is this an attractive purchase for architects?

That's good enough to make OMUs and the other sub components. You hit BER 6 easily. Now if you use that steel in the final combine you may want to check the Malability, if that is low your hoppers wont be that big but thats only an issue with few miners.

In my opinion anything with HR + SR + UT + UT > 3600 is good for for final combine. It will get you maximum BER. I prefer to use higher stat like3800-4000 for mining components as it will give more room to use lower quality materials in the final combine.

Whether or not its an attractive purchase depends on the price. I wouldn't expect to get a premium out of architects. We use too much quantity to pay very high rates. High stat steel is often more valuable to other professions who use lower quantities and have higher margins.

Personally I don't worry about the Ma at all.

Heh only 1 of my customers cares about hopper size so I had to add the comment.

I see that you are attempting to auction some of the resource in question yourself in this thread.

I would recommend defining the terms of the auction. Set a minimum bid. Set a buyout (optional). Set an ending time for the auction. People pretty much expect that stuff in an auction.

Note that if the resource is very recently / currently available on the server then I wouldn't expect it to fetch a premium price as most people will just mine it themselves if they want it or hire the mining for a standard rate. If you want a premium price then I'd recommend waiting a couple weeks after the spawn is gone and then try an auction.

Also it looks like itis an iron you are trying to sell. I think steel is preferable for architects over iron. Our stuff uses steel and metal. Since steel is called out specifically its easier just to stock it and use it for both the steel and the metal slots. This is probably more of a personal preference but I'm probably not alone.

This iron wasin spawn 10 days ago on Eclipse. You're not going to get much for it. Doonium is more used by weaponsmiths, so it may not be immediately recognizable as useful for architects. Unfortunately the stats for the Doonium aren't good for weaponsmiths. You might ask around on your server's auction channels or among resource sellers if either they or others might want to buy it. Notwithstanding a good steel or a doonium drought, huge bids for the resource are unreasonable.
