Hey there,

I am finding increasingly hard to sell my houses these days. I don't have a vendor and so I stand

outside the starports busking. (Vendor on the way, btw) I used to be able to sell medium houses

for as much as 70k. Today, however, I saw a guy a little distance away selling them for 25k.

Rediculous! Is it that the people on servers have largely bought what they need? Its getting silly

these days for non-combatants. *sigh*

I don't deal in houses much but I think in general demand for houses and average prices have been low across most servers for a while.

There is still demand but its mostly atrickle. I can buy small houses for 5-6k off the bazaar and resell them on my vendor for 19k. They don't move fast but they move as fast as when I charged 9-10k.

Relatively low demand here, however I retain my pricing anyway.

I haven't sold many houses the last week either. I have seen a few new Architects on my server though, so they might be responsible. Selling housesis always a nice way for a starting Architect to attract customers, since you can sell them for cheap (if you want to).

Harvestors are selling like crazy since JTL has been released. Dont waste the ore on houses, just make harvestors. Gas, Chem and Mineral.

Yes, heavy harvs of any type account for the bulk of my sales these days. Furniture sales have also picked up, I assume it's from people looking to furnish their yachts. The only downside is that I'm having to buy more hides and so I have to make more frequent trips to get said hides which take time away from crafting.

Still, I guess too much business is better than none at all. Just think of what people want/need and then use the domino effect to determine what else might be in need as well.

Well I have just recived 2 orders for seperate Housing projects..

So I'm actually in the reverse situation right now.. 20-35 Houses to make for orders.. and It seems to pickup

on Infinity.. or Im just cheap.. 15K pr/Small house..

But other than that.. yes Houses have been sitting in my Vendors for a looooong time

Bad turn-around rate anyways.. but I take pride in having fully stocked Vendors so
