I'm making a big run of Power Core Units But Since everyone with a house gets increased inventory there may not be the immediate demand.

LOL. I don't sell guild halls.

That has been my policy since back when we got crit fails and I risked loosing 55k of resources which at the time would have been pretty crippling. Thats my policy and I'm stickin to it.

You might see an up tick in large houses too. They will have the same lotsand item limit as a PA but cost less to maintain. Course the PAs have more actual space.

Walls, walls, walls. Everything else have plenty of, I just can't seem to make enough walls.

I guess we will see some influx of larger structure orders. Your 20 orders for guild halls is a bit surprising! I think most people have multiple housing as it is and most likely they will now consolodate with the buildings they arlready have.

I honestly don't see a huge jump in house/guild hall sales coming with this change. In fact quite the opposite. As stated in an earlier response most people already have multiple houses for storage. With the new item limits they will more than likely consolidate their houses. You'll probably end up seeing a bunch of houses on the bazaar for 6k since people will have deeds laying around after going from 5 small houses to 3.

I'll probably make a few extras just be safe but I am not going to gear up for a mad rush because I just don't see that happening. Of course I could be totally wrong and miss the boat on this but oh well... /shrug.

I dont think sales will pick up in this, because the change will occur to all houses/GH that already exist as well. Unless people want to add more structures. And that would be mostly for crafters, since they need the space, which usually is the minimum of the population per server.

I bet this will have some initial impact. Hard to say how much but I expect there will be some.

People will have more lots free and will spend them on something. But its hard to say if we'll get more harvester sales, more small houses, more factories, more PAs, or some of all of the above.

All I'm doing is giving my vendor a little love and making sure I have a decent inventory of supplies.... But I was doing that anyhow. I agree that it's hard to say what demand we'll get if any.

I'm taking a wait-and-see attitude and not doing any prep other than making sure my vendors have their normal level of stock. If people start buyinga lot of something, I'll simply immediately restock with that item (and maybe add a few more than usual at that point).

I've sold quite a few more city halls lately than guild halls. I don't stock as many as 20 or 30, I usually keep 3 of each type on the vendor at all times.

I chose this time to move my entire store, so I don't actually have a lot left on my old vendors. Hmm, so what am I doing here, I should get moving!
