?? I need to pass a house to someone else so I can made a extracter I need the slot back

As far as I know, you have to redeed the house and let the other person place it.

There is a /transferstructure command, but I've never used it. Not even sure how it works exactly. You probably have to be in the structure and type /transferstructure (playername), or perhaps just target the other person and type /transferstructure.


Someone mentioned they had done this, but the new owner might have to logout and login before having complete Admin rights on the house.


Personally, I wouldn't want to risk it for something as big as house. Easier to empty it out and re-deed it for 800 credits (if it's a small house), then trade the deed. Of course, I've had friends do this too and they ended up losing the deed, apparently because of overloaded inventories. Sometimes the deed comes back after relogging, but sometimes not.

Someone posted you had to target the sturcture being transfered, probably the control terminal in the case of a house or PA. Then type /trasnferstructure NAME OF PERSON

I have places a home and transfered it to someone else. It's quick and easy stuff.

And whose lots does it use? The original owner's?

It is transfered to the new owners lot. So if the new owner has no free lots you cant do it.

I do this all the time. Stand in the building with the future owner. Highlight them then type /transferstructure. A large text message appears in the air telling you it's done. No fancy music however.
