This has probably been posted before, but I looked around for it without finding even a clue. Can anyone tell me how much maintenance cost a house is? I'm looking to buy a house (small, medium or large) and want to figure out how much money it will cost me to maintain it. I'm on Tatooine if it makes a difference.

In my experience

8- for a small house ( about500 per day)

17- for a medium house (about 900 per day)

8 credits per hour? 8 x 24 = 192 credits if I'm not mistaken. How did you get to 500 credits? Or are there additional costs?

He's talking about the maintenance "rate" whatever it may stand for it comes down to the numbers he's giving.

For some reason most maintenance rates are in 15 minutes not hours.
