okay so here is the problem. i have been an architect for about 3 months now and yesterdya i could only make BER12 heavy chems. I was htting 93-95% effeciency too. When i have made them in the past they hit 13 at about 85-90%. I was wondering if anyone else enceountered this problem yesterday? I use 6BR fluidic drilling units, the best possible steel UT979 SR990 HR 960 or so, good carbonate ore UT and HR above 960 SR around 700, and chemical UT 950 SR 513. I used these exact same resources on all my other harvesters atm and have no problem making 13's and BER14 ion gens. I usually hit BER13 at about 83-85% effeciency on the others too. Any ideas if this might be a bug or new BR max on heavy chems?

seems to be a problem plagueing some people these days. I know someone it has happened to. But it is not happening to everyone.

Some observations:
1. You say "6BR fluidic drilling units" - what quality (percentage) did you experiment them to? The quality of them is averaged in with the quality of the final assembly, so it's possible for them to be too low to get you there, even though they say "6". I believe that there is (under the covers) a difference between "6.000001" and "6.999999" that isn't showing.
2. "Chemical UT 950 SR 513" - THAT is your problem right there! That SR is killing you. Use lube oil - it has NO HR,SR,UT, so it doesn't dilute the mix.

FYI if you are hitting 90%+ that chemmical isn't even comingclose to hurting you.... that can't be the reason.

Using %90 experimented sub components, and %94 experimented final combine i was STILL only getting ER12 Chemicals. I had to switch metals to get ER13, which was %97 experimented.

Congratulations!
That's why I like having the mining component up above 92, preferably higher - it makes the final a bit easier.
