If I make a med. Naboo house, what difference does the percentage outcome make? it seems that if the percent is 80 or 90 the maint. cost remains the same. Also what primary stats should i be looking for on my resources? Thanks for helping me

From a game mechanic standpoint, all that stuff is irrelevant.
However, I'm sure your neighbors will be jealous of your Medium Naboo House +95%
In fact, you could circulate a petition amongst your neighborhood association to force them to tidy up their 42% houses because they're bringing down property values!

You should be using cheapest resources you can get. Experimenting the houses, factories, furniture, city structures, etc. does nothing. The only items that are worth experimenting on are candles/lights and harvesters (and their sub components).

Its best to not use good resources for these. While you can experiment on durability, it is not certain that it does anything. SOE is very good at putting stuff in the game and then not telling you anything about it, how it works, if it works or not or that if it does work, how well?
You might get moredecay time fromyour structure if itis experimented to 90% than someone who has one at 40%. But nobody really knows and there is no real reason to test it.
