1. Do the extraction and maintenance rates scale along with harvester size? Right now I could power 8 small extractors with 2 windmills on a 46% spot. Could I power 8 medium extractors with 2 solar power generators on a 46% spot for twice the maintenance fees?

2. What resource do fusion power generators need to be placed on?

3. What size (as in square meters) are they both?
