Thread: Curious how to make profit as a Novice Architect
Any advice is appreciated
But if you price the small houses fairly, you can make enough money to keep your harvesters going. Just keep making small houses until you advance up to larger harvesters, houses, and factories, where you're more likely to make better money.
It's a long slow process, especially if you're an independent Architect without a PA to back you up, but it can be done.
If your a lone architect, you may wish to reconsider. It takes a lot of resources to hit Master, and having assistance from other people, even if it's just a couple, helps immensely.
Either join a PA that is willing to help, or find people seeking architects and set up some business relationships, Making houses at cost of resources or agreeing to help out other guilds with buildings once you hit Master, provided they help you get there, are some good ways of progressing.
If you have business 3 set up a vendor in your own small home, place a few deeds for small houses, one of each crafting stations, power ups (experimented on), the crafting tools, survey tools, etc that you used to gain your xp on. I put alot of basic items on my vendor, and guess what? They DO sell! Also my second profession is Tailoring so I get alot of business on my clothing, it keeps the harvesters running somedays when I am soo broke!! Food also sells well for me. You can also lease out your vendor to others, and make a profit that way. If you still don't make enough, run a few delivery missions a day to save for your harvester maintenance.
Good luck!!
