Thread: Houses on Talus
I have tried this in a couple of other forums but I will try again here:
What style of houses can be built on Talus? I have heard only Generic and have also heard the Corellian works. I need it clarified before I build my first one.
TIA.
That sucks. Has there been any suggestion that this may change from the Dev's?
I may need to move planets. If I remember correctly the Generic plans aren't available until Housing I.
Thanks for the help.
Why would they change this? You shouldn't be able to build a planet-specific house on just any old planet. It was done this way so that you wouldn't see architectural differences between structures on planets.
If you are the travelling type, just buy/make a generic house. You can place it's ugly boring floorplan anywhere...
If you aren't to buildings I yet. Ask a fellow architect to make you one and tell him you'll pay him back w/ a deed when you get to buildings I.
Simple as that.
Two questions: Can Corellian style houses be built on Talus? I assume so, since it's a moon in the same system, and both of Talus' cities have corellian style architecture.
And 2nd, is the no build-zone 2000m around Daeric a bug or is it meant to be like that? And do you think a home in the wilderness is a good or bad idea?
Also, Talus is not a moon, it is one half of a double planet. Talus and Tralus orbit each other and both oribit Corel(the sun). This is clearly described in the Corellian Trilogy and the developers got it wrong.
