Architect Archive

I have been at INST IV for a week. The table says I should be able to make Heavy and Fusion. I do not get it in my crafting window even next to a station.

Any Ideas

Private crafting station or public?

Public, in town and at a guildies house

You probably need to be next to a private, then. Unfortunately, the architect schematics don't tell you which ones need a private, and I always use a private so I wouldn't know.
