Architect Archive

I'm not sure if any of the rest of you have noticed this, but on my server (Lowca), it seems that the architect profession has gotten a bit out of hand. Every other person I run into is an architect, and many belong to powerhouse PAs that now have a wealth of ore due to the exploits when the game was released.

With the sheer quantity of people in this profession, competition has become so heated that its practically impossible for solo architects to make any sort of yield off their buildings anymore. Just tonight, I had three people refuse to buy small houses for 10k because they were being sold for 4k elsewhere, and 4 people refuse to buy 60k medium houses because they were being sold for 23k elsewhere. Its gotten to the point where players are just trying to get the xp rather than making any sort of gains...and its next to impossible to match their prices and still stay in the black.

How are all the solo architects out there staying afloat (note: excludes PA architects that have 10 or more harvestors at their disposal)?

Find a friend (if you dont haveone get one) that is not using thier lots and set yourself up as admin on them..There are alot of people that would be happy to let you use slots if you give then a house down the road..Oh and the thing up there wasnt if you have no friends if if you have no friends with open lots :-)

Im solo, I sell plenty of leftover houses for 15k, plenty of factories for 55k, plenty of medium houses for 80-100k. I also sell plenty of solar power gens for 28k and med harvs for 18k. I am doing fine money wise and I am able to keep up my harvesters.
