Don't forget the lack of full experimentation and assembly ratings, even at master. This produces higher failure rates than other elite artisan masters and our failures are far more costly. Other professions can make their final products in factories and avoid the crit fail problem while it would be very expensive in terms of resources to do so as an architect--not to mention the need to have insane quantities of identical resources. Is there some reason why architects don't have +100 experimentation and +100 structure assembly at master?

It is irrational that medium houses take up the same number of lots as a small. Of course, if they took up 4 lots (logical), then they'd still get capped at 250 items like a large. I guess a large would then be for prestige only? As it stands, most people don't buy a medium because it costs 5-8 times as much but provides no storage benefit. Of course, if you make a medium take up 4 lots but only holds 250 items, players are better off with 2 smalls (300 storage total) for the same 4 lots. There just seems to be a complete lack of logic related to housing.

Hey Gang,

Since our current architect correspondent seems on vacation I wanted to gather some of the problems we have been having and start a list for whoever gets going. Here we go, let's start compiling some issues and talk about them. I know they talked a lot about the new correspondent/dev communication lines and I am pretty excited n that we can now get our issues addressed in a more reasonable matter. At least we should be able to get feedback and info from them.

Broken things:

Structure Factories: The list on these things are very long so I'll try to address them first.

- Some items do not produce in crates: plants, ore mining units
- 2 lots per structure factory when others are 1 lot
- Will not build walls from crates unless you have 10 crates of blocks to pull 1 block each from per cycle.
- If items failed to make some materials are not returned to the input hopper and your factory burps shortly there after enjoying it's free materials.

Master Architect Amoire:

The wrong graphic is set to the MA amoire, it shows up as the second level amoire.

Experimentation:

There is no experimentation in architect at all right now, basically all architecs can make structures as good as each other no matter what material they use. So buying from someone who has found higher quality materials is of no benefit.

Repeat Business:

Currently repeat customers are pretty tough to come by, and the reason being is that items last forever unless you make up. Some people have suggested decay, some have suggested repair. Personally I'd rather see someone get a email saying that a giant hufdun has taken a chunk out of their mineral harvester and it needs a repair kit and 3 new walls. Well then the person could come out to your shop, pick up a repair kit, and the require materials to repair it and go fix it. I think making architects to go out into the field would be very time consuming and not very fun. I do not think people would want a whole heavy harvster to destroy itself either just cause time has deemed it's ready. This could help scale business too for new architects that can make repair kits and parts of things they can not complete yet.

Schematics: There seems to be some inconsistency on the schematics. Medium mineral/water take 3 blocks, while rest take 3 walls. Heavy water takes 6 blocks, should be 6 walls? Is this right or is there some typo's in the schematics?

Wishlist:

Color Furniture: Would go a long way in helping architects with return customers as well ah giving us new items to sell. I for one would like different colors to help match up things in my house, after a while I could see myself and others picking up new colors to freshen up their house or businesses.

Things for the walls:How about some pictures, an up/down command, and others

I'll add more to the list, I'm running out of time.

Experimentation did exist in beta,

Maintenance rates for harvestors were awesome. I think the problem was there was too many variances. also as a mon calamari, i would get 400% "amazing experimention" every once in a while. I'm a zabrak now. If experimentation were to exist, Mon calamaris would most like be the landlords of the galaxy.
