I get this message, you cannot destroy until the hopper is empty...hopper is completely empty already. This has happened twice on personal harvesters. Anyone know how to get around this?

I get this sometimes when my harvester runs out of power. Holo posted a / command that made it dump the bogus contents once, but I cannot remember what it was. What I do is put some power back in, start it up on some resources, then empty it after it pulls one. Then I destroy it.

Even though it may say (in the hopper) that you have 0 units, it needs to be blank - no resources listed. Not even one listed that has a zero for the amount.

You can use the command - or simply fire up the machine again, go into the hopper, and flush it. The problem is with the power being off and flushing it. Then just turn it off again, and then redeed/destroy it. That's how I got around it.
