Thread: PA halls setting alliegance broken?
I have had many comments from people who bought PA halls from me on Chilastra. Not long ago there was a bug that wiped out all the PA's and we had to remake them. Well many of the PA's had leaders who were different than the owners of the buildings. It appears that for some strange reason those PA's have not been able to get the right person to be leader of their PA since the bug. It seems that even when 70% of the people declare alliegance to the person they want to be leader of the PA the leadership never changes. I do not know if this is a bug that only effects Chilistra (since we did suffer through the bug) or if this is effecting everyone.

Since it is so hard to know who is telling the truth and who is just telling you yea I did it all ready. It basically makes this "feature" imposible to verify to the point you know for a fact it is broken. Sad thing is even if we did get this verified It wont be a huge priority to SOE to fix.
Democracy in SWG is dead.

A CSR told me it wasn't broken, it was for a feature that is not yet in the game.
"it was for a feature that is not yet in the game"
hehe so why have it in at all since release, why not add the option when you bring in the feature it was suppose to be used for?
hmmmmm.....
/ponders
/scratches head
/thinks about giving up on figuring it out
oh yea!!! i almost forgot!!! this game was rushed out the door and had alot of bugs and features that did not work. SOE probably had every intent on having the feature that the "set allegiance" action relates to in the game on release.....but the powers that be forced them to put an incomplete product on the market
