Thread: how many lots does a PA hall take up?

It should say somewhere in the manual, "And if you're a crafted who doesn't have a legion of resource whores doing the dirty work for you, you can forget owning a PA hall without a second account."

To be the owner of a PA hall you must have 9 open lots!
