not sure if it is possible, but no arch would ever sell completed heavy harvs in factory crates.....it costs to much to make just one, and it makes no sense to do all the factory work, never mind wasting the resources on just making the schematic....then there is also the fact that there is no point

Anything that can be made into a schematic can be mass produced in identical quantities. But as the architects before have said, it makes no sense to crate harvesters as it would just be a waste of one perfectly good harvester for the schematic. Not to mention that heavies are one of the most resource intensive player craftable items known.

Exactly, it would be a major waste and on top of that, with the buggy factory code, I would in no way ever trust the making of something that complicated to their factory code. Be our luck it would eat al lthe stuff and spit out a trash compactor.

Ya, way not gonna happen. No one would be in their rightmind making a schematic for a heavy harv. And experimentation does not work for structures, so they're all the same.

On another note, I can make a large number of harvesters atm if you'd care to contact me ingame. I am Kollkess.

Personally, I'd agree.

But I keep running into people who areobviously not in their right mind.If they were, they'd never insist on selling their structures for 2cpu (not counting crits) or less when it's common knowledge that even the lowest quality resources sale quickly at 2.5cpu.

Then again, that's the problem with choosing a profession which allows so many part-timers.

Is it possible to buy a crate of heavy harvesters? I ask because then I can be sure that everything is the same quality and I'll get them in a set time. I know some items can't be crated, just wondering about this one.

Cheers

Actually i did that once, i had an order for 10 fusion reactors at 4.5 cpu and i knew if i failed two i woulndt be able to complete the order, but i wanted the money that badly cause it was good. So i make a schematic and pump it full of all the stuff, it ate one at the very end though, i restocked it and it ate that one to so i only sold 9, and lost 3.. Yeah but I did do that once.

Hehe could you imagine a crate of heavy harvestors on your vendor? The prices for that thing (if its not a NPC one) would be astronomical.

I apologize, I wasn't aware that experimenting worked for you the same as it worked for my profession (as in not at all).

Thank you for the responses.
