I would like to mount some weapon on a wall on a standard tatooine house, how do i go about doing this. And placing other items on walls, i see it all the time just cant figure out how to.

You can only do it in a house with stairs.

What you do is drop the item on the stairs at the desired hieght, then move it to the desired location.

Can't do it with most small houses, though. Sorry.
