A while back I purchased a skill tape with a + to "Structure Complexity". Obviously, this skill is not used. Anyone else wind up with any strange tapes like that?

I've got one of those too. Someone had the thought that it might reduce the need for private crafting stations by reducing the difficulty of the item. I haven't played with it much... seems to do nothing with assembly or experimentation success as far as I can tell.

I have a tape that has nothing on it ...

Is this item useless or can it be made something?

I also have one, I havent tested it but perhaps it reduces the compelxty of the item (less factory time required etc).

At the risk of sound dumb or getting flamed.... what are these skill tapes for structure assembly that people keep talking about? Where do I get these (what drops them)?

This is the first I've read about these.
