Thread: Can I transfer my house?
Hi there,
My girlfriend and I recently bought two houses in order to set up our first residency. We have one small house for storage and a medium to live in. What we didn't realise at the time is that you need to be the owner of the house in order to declare residency and, since she placed both structures, that leaves me unable to declare without emptying one of the houses and redeeding.
So, my question is, is there any way for her to transfer ownership of ne of the houses to me? I thought that there was, but we can't seem to figure it out. Any help on the matter is much appreciated.

make sure that you both standing in the house to be transfered. - The current owner needs to target the recipient and type /transferstructure
Make sure the new owner has enough lots before transfering.

Wow can you really do this I didn't think it was possible thanx for the info
Actualy you dont need to have the recipient that close, or even in the house.
This will work with the recipient up to (aprox) 200m away.
The existing owner goes inside the house and targets the structure control terminal.
Then they type /transferstructure NewOwnerName
Done 
I have done it this way many many times.
Occasionaly I have seen where the new owner had to re-log befor they could enter the structure.
