Hi, I own a small house on coro. I have no more space in it, and cannot fit any more items into it. I was going to purchase a Medium house on Coro, but was told that the item capacity (150) is the same as the small house. If this is so please let me know, and what house has more item capacity then the small?

Yes that's true. The Medium Corellia and the Small Corellia both have the same item capacity. The largest you can go is the large house (250 items max). A PA hall also has a limit of 250 items.
The general formula is 75 items per lot the house takes up, to a maximum of 250.

If you are just looking to get more storage then you can get 1 small + 1 medium. that will use 4 lots and give you 300 item storage. Thats 2 lots fewer and 50 items more storage than buying 1 large.
