Hi, I'm not sure if I should be posting this in this forums. If not, I'd appreciate a point in the right direction
In my generic small house (style 2 floorplan 2) i cannot move something up by typing /move up 50. I get a message along the lines of; Format: moveFurniture <UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT> <DISTANCE>. I then typed/moveFurniture up 50 and got the same message. The only way I can move something up is with the radial menu (which is super slow). Is this a known bug and is there a way around it?
Also, when I place a merchant sign out front, it is not attached to my stoop, its about 5m infront of my house.
I have tested both these problems on a small generic style 2 and got the same results.
Any help would be great, thank you

Heh. This is happening to me but with /rotate left. I can rotate right just fine, but if I try left I keep getting errors like yours.

You have two separate problems. The second one (sign off the steps) is a function of that house style. Look on it as a feature.
The first problem doesn't have anything at all to do with the style of the house. Look around and see if you have *any* object in your house with a name that starts with a "up" (e.g., "upholstered chair"). The code that processes your command lines has some design flaws that make it think that you are talking about that object.
There are two workarounds:
1. just pick up the upholstered chair till you are done decorating
2. try this /move up up 50 (that is, double the "up")

ZenD, won't that move the upholstered chair (or whatever starts with up)? I believe the command should be /move 'itemname' up 50, or have I misunderstood ?

As I say, they've got some very bad design in the command line parser. I haven't tried that myself, but someone reported that that "up up" would work.
If there is a "forward base" near your house, I think you are screwed.
