WEll the FAQ is full of general stuff but if you're a returning architect then that might be stuff you know. Wouldn't hurt as a referesher though. Depending on when you last left the profession there might be some new stuff there.
If you're specifically just looking for tips on how to reestablish your business then I don't know if I can help you too much there. I'd recommend a post in the trade forum advertising your return to the profession and a grand re-opening of your vendor. You might also dig up your old customer list and send them a friendly mail letting them know you are back in business. Other than that I think its mostly the same stuff about building up the business that you went through the first time, but it shoudl be easier the second time around since you have a better idea what you're doing.
