no it not much value to a master architect, nor novice.

It allows you to build more complex items without a crating station (not tool).

But withouta crafting station you cant experiment anyways so its not much help. In my opinion anyways.

Have you tested that? I've seen this before presented as a "theory". If you have tested it yourself and verified it then please let us know.

does nothing, was removed from the game a long time ago.

No i have not tested that. From what i read thats how the tape was to work. But as the person above me wrote, its broken and removed from game. Which i havent tested either I do all my crafting near a station so i have never thought about testing any of this.

so basicly this tape i looted is worthless and does nothing.

ty allmuch anyone have any idea if the other 2 stats on the tape which are +8 would then take effect or not ?

this tape was looted a few days ago wich means even tho the effect doesnt work anymore also the DEV's havent removed such items. i have herd of items like that but first one i have come across. wish the devs would take care of such things ..

for the next lower stat to take place, you would need a structure complexity +10 tape to be added to the clothing first.

when you add the tape with structure +9, the structure +9 would then be cancelled.

afaik, the next highest stat would be the active skill modifier.

In what way does this do nothing? It was my understanding that the higher your assembly rate was, the better your chances of getting a success.
