1) I'mat work at the moment, so if you could put the two modifiers in front of the numbers that would help. I think one of them is a +5 to experimentation. That gives you a +5 bonus to experimentation. When you get a bonus of +10, you get an extra point of experimentation. The other I believe is Assembly? An assembly bonus means that you will have less of a chance of a crit failure when you are assembling the item.
2) Depends on your server. Check the Galaxy Trade Forums.
The aprons give you +5 to structure experimentation and +5 to structure assembly.
The +5 to structure experimentation gets you half way to another point to use during experimentation which would give you slightly larger hoppers which I have yet to find a customer who cares about.
+5 to structure assembly I think is probably useful. Its just anecdotal but I think stucture assembly is pretty helpful in getting better assembly results.
Prices for aprons will vary wildly based on server economy. I paid 75k for one once but I could see them fetching 500K-1M on some servers. Just depends on your server. Try skimming your galaxies trade forum for past auctions.
