I know this is kind of a noob question , but what's the highest Base Extraction Rate anyone has gotten on a Fusion Generator or Heavy Mineral Harvester?

I think (I don't know it all off hand yet) that Fusion gens are 14, and Heavy minerals are 13.

The highest i've ever seen for a Fusion gen is 25, but that was due to a bug.
