I have tried and tried to make these things to 45% and the highest i got was 30%. I use the best resources I have on the extra components that go into them and usually get the power conditioners, ect to between 80-90%. What am I doing wrong please help.

With the exception of folks who made schematics during the 2day "crafting change that got rolled back", 45 FR crafting stations are only acheivable with 100% subparts and 1000 conductivity metal in the final combine.

That being said, make sure you are matching the stats to the requirements, ie,Overall Qualityfor the EDs, CUs, and GPMs, 66% OQ/33% Conductivity for the MSS's, andConductivity for the final station assembly.

The MSSis probably the part that is the hardest to get exceptional numbers on since the availability of metal with 1000 Conductivity AND 1000 Overall Quality is probably an impossible dream, whereas 1000 OQ or 1000 Conductivity resources happen on really, really,rare occasions.

Ahh I see so what would you say the highest is to get now probably 40%?

One clarification - the "rating" on crafting stations is not a "percent" - it runs from -45.00 to +45.00 and is just a number.

I believe that, other than on Temporary Tuesday when a very very very small number of folks made +45.00 ones, most servers have people who consistantly make 43.xx or even 44.xx rated stations.

The thing holding us back from 45 stations is steel. With steels low conductivity, there is no way to get the MSS to 100%. The best you can get with otherwise perfect materials is 93-94% on the MSS. With 99% Control Units, 99% Droid Storage Components, and 93% Micro Sensor Suitesmy stations come out in the high 43s. There's only one person that I know of who was able to make a 44+ station outside of patch day.

As far as getting yours past 30, be sure you're including all optional components. Be sure each of those is experimented to it's max value. Also be sure that the components that are used in the MSS are also experimented to max value. The Control Units, Energy Distributors and GP Modules should get to 99% with some good materials. With a high OQ/CD copper, a Master DE should be able to get the DSC to a decent % as well.

All that was too much work for me so I went out and bought four 44.59's from some girls shop on tat. LOL I would have bought more but they were 100k a piece! I've never seen numbers better than that so was well worth the price for me.
