I would like to know what to sell heavy gas harvester's for, the reason i ask is they require more material to manufacture then heavy mineral harv's. all the harves have a BER of 13 with exparamentation on the hopper.
i see that heavy mineral harvs sell for 120k to 180k but i feel 180k is to high.
thanks for the help

I sell mind for all the same price. Or you can takethe % of extra resources over what it takes to make a heavy min harv's and add that over all % to your price.

The thing about heavy gas harvesters is that they require a lot more of the high stat materials. So while a heavy mineral might take 23k or so of grind stuff and 2-3k of high stat materials a heavy gas on the other hand is closer to 13k grind stuff and 9k of the high stat stuff. So a lot of folks (including myself) choose to adjust the price accordingly. Of course a lot of folks just charge a flat amount for any heavy as its just simplier that way. Take your pick, either system has its pros and cons and I don't think there is a right or wrong way.
Specific prices that you choose are going to be very server dependent. No price is too high if your customers will gladly pay it and no price is too low if you make a good enough profit.

I think that this is about the best summary of the whole "pricing" discussion I've seen. Nice job.

Stock up a full vendor then charge whatever you want for it. Seems to be the most successful model I've seen for furniture. The fully stocked vendor is key for furniture.

Yeah, just dont do like some folks I run across.
Looking for SEA's last night,I ran across Arch vendors from time to time. Found one with about a dozen heavies. 36k.???
Eyebrows start climbing.
Title says they're BER 13.
Sure thing,buddy.
Examine the item. HOLY crap! It IS BER 13!
Got mad that this SOB was stupid enough to sell that cheaply. Why I ought email him and...
Realized I had a helluva opportunity. Had enough cash to buy them all.
Grin evilly.
Go to click buy, glancing one more time at the highlighted line to make sure it's on a heavy harv.
Yes. good.
Huh?
Look again. Squint.
Grumble, put on glasses, look again.
Not 36000.
360000.
Get mad all over again.....
Sony, learn what a comma is for!
