I checked the FAQ and saw how to setup a macro so I could add power, maintenance and set admin rights. Anyone have the string for pulling all the resources out of the hopper?

Thanks,

The FAQ says this:

Q-3.8. What commands are used to operate a harvester?

A-3.8. These are the ONLY commands that appear to be working at this time

/stru - Show status of harvester

/pay xx - Add Maintenance

/addp xx - Add xx Power - Leave off amount for dialog

/setPermission [admin | hopper] [name] - add [name] to admin/hopper or remove them if currently on the list

/harvesterDeactivate - turn off harvester

/harvesterActivate - turn on harvester

/name [name] - will change the name of the structure to [name]

/harvesterSelectResource - ???? (not sure if this one works)

==========================

I highlighted the ONLY to help make it clear.

One more entry that I know to work is ... /destroystructure

I guess I ought to add that to the FAQ.

You might also cap-bold-blick the "ONLY" - maybe that will help.

Or even go so far as to say "There is NOT a command to empty the resources". If someone finds one and speaks up, we can always change it.

I'm still waiting for the "get all resources in the hopper and put them in my inventory" button to be put on the UI. Fortunately there are TWO buttons there to throw away resources that I don't want.

Does ANYBODY actually use those buttons?

If so, why?

I actually use the "dump resources" one occasionally. There appears to be a certain sequence of events (e.g., running out of money, running out of power, turn on, turn off, empty the hopper) that gives you a hopper entry that looks like this: "ResourceName 0 units". If that resource is depleted, and if you want to tear down the harvester, I've found the only way to clear out that entry is to use one of those two (amazingly redundant) buttons to wipe out that line.

I have also used it "occasionally" to get rid of something that I had pulled like 8 of before I changed my mind.

However, I would use a "get everything" button ALL the time.
