....after posting a small idea...I got a few elbows to put it on a larger scale so here goes...The Architecture business is pretty much at a standstill...All of us that worked hard and progressed early on pretty much did ok...but lately....after much discussion...nothing is really out there that will keep most of us at it....and the repetition becomes work..not play...so how about these apples...All structures should decay....rate should be determined by quality of work and resources naturally...housing should not decay so much unless maint. has been interrupted....if so...decay can be applied and repaired, but maint. could increase....maybe maint should increase regardless...but thats another option...now on harvestors...use or moves should decay the structure and the BER should be affected...repair again can be applied but lessens the interval for repair....like a weapon after being repaired...instead of 1000/1000...now its 900/1000 after being repaired....900 meaning time, use, move or what ever formula being used, is running till next repair. Obviously, eventual use will dictate buying another harvestor to replace the used up or poor performing one. The formula need not be immediate....due to everyones ownerships...repair will be needed enough not to warrant fast degradation....The great thing about this solution is the dev's willingness to let us keep improving ber's, hopper size, etc. So a new structure would be inviting, especially if new rooms, controls, or whatever are allowed in ever-changing creations. Finally....all chars should be able to have an ingrained crafting skill....The pure crafter (artisan...then archie, droid, armour, weapon, etc) with a merchant mastership, is a lame target when collecting harvestor resources....That way we can learn fighting skills to at least ward off when being attacked by unprovoked adversaries....What would be really cool...would be to let chars have the crafting skills and be able to seek fighting skills to go out and pvp....Of course...that would double the chars fun to say the least....I missed out on the holocron fun crafting...I missed out on group hunts crafting....I missed out on factioning by...you guessed it...crafting...dont misunderstand me...Im not whining...got rich crafting...but...I do feel I missed out on a lot...and actually felt out of the loop when having fun chat when it did NOT concern crafting....lots of room to make the game more fun...after all...that's why we're here...right?....No complaints...only constructive suggestions that a few thought was worth hearing...Salokin

....sorry...part of what I meant to mention was being able to take a deed and improve it statwise or other...that way...less quality structures can still be sold.....a deed that can always be repaired...added on....improved...enlarged (hopper, etc) give a lot of room for archies to stick around....whether deed or placed...either way should open possiblilities...whew...there...done...Salokin
