Thread: Crafting Stations question
In theory, gives you a input hopper where you can store the resources you craft with. In reality? It only seems to work for some people.
Recently I was trying to improve my crafting stations all of them were around +6 and I had heard that 40+ was indeed possible. I ran into a particularly good vein of polysteel copper last resource shift (OQ 930+, conductivity 900+) so I tried to make some crafting stations. Unfortunately try as I may I could never get the crafting stations to rise above +18. My question is first of all what am I missing I am a Master Architect but I can't seem to create a crafting station over +18.
Thank you in advance,

all the componets that go into the crafter need super duper experimentaion over 95%....

I got mine over 41 and some sub components that I used were only 85% (rest were 96%).
We just had a spawn of 1000 conductivity copper on Tempest this week, I have every other material for the components at 980+ OQ/CD except those pesky polymers and the steel. Though im sure a high conduct/oq steel is a pipedream I cant wait to get the polymer so I can make a nice 44.x station =)
Have managed a 40.96 on Chimerea, and thats with only a few spawns of resources, took some doing though. The best copper we have had so far is 981, and other resources are limited, the droid compartments come out at 99% with some 995 steel I managed to acquire.
Sell this for 50k at present
Thank you for the heads up I will talk to the DE about the parts I bought from him and I will look for better materials.

If you are contracting with DE and Master Artisans for these, have them put the final percentage right in the component name when they make the schematic. That way you can calculate what result you'll get.
There is an Excel spreadsheet that helps you with this at:

As others have said here, you must make every single resource that goes into the station the best you can, including the components.
My components come out at 99%, and the copper I use is 982 cond (best we have had on Bloodfin so far, :smileysad
. I could give a complete breakdown of the resources I use, but I don't want to give away my formula,
. Needless to say, the majority of my resources are 996+ on the necessary stats. The best stations we can make on Bloodfin so far is 43.4 because of that "crappy" cond copper. Most servers have seen resources with cond of 995 or better. Maybe we will soon.
Bottom line, you can't ignore any resource or component or the station won't come out good.
