Is the experimentation broken or are you not suppose to be able to?

Ya not much point in making solars since windmills can get higher BER and use so much less resources.

The only advantage they have over Wind Gens is that the PE isn't capped at 500, but I believe at 750, which *can* give more power per unit (ifthe PE ishigher than 500).

But why would you bother with any power harv other than fusion since you can harvest radioactives with a med 10 BER harvester? I've not had any problem finding 900+ PE radio minerals.

When you first start out the windmill is the cheapest to acquire so most people start with wind.
If you can afford more thenfusion is the best way to go.
