it is supposed to be the curator but many servers are currently bugged (mine included )
there is a thread at the top of the boards for
Bestine Painting Issue...Last Chance to speak... all servers... Changes made please look again
don't think my attempt at making a link worked tho

I don't have the waypoint handy and the servers are down atm. But if you go to the Bestine starport and head straight away from it (going around one building) the museum will be on the right side of a roadway. Each time I have been there, a stormtrooper is standing at the entrance. Once inside, to the left of the main room is a dorrway. He is in that room.

Yeah just land in Bestine and do /find museum. Then go there and he is in one of the rooms.

Ok another question about the painting schematics....I voted for one and the curator informed me that the voting process lasts for 15 days and then the winner is displayed for 30 days which I figure is when you get to buy it. He also said that that includes the next 15 days of voting. So it would seem to me that while you are voting you should also be able to buy the last painting winner. So who do I buy it from? Thanks again everyone and sorry for all the posts.
