Having just returned to SWG I see there are now blue couches ingame, I'm presuming these are player made by architects and being a master was wondeering where you get the schematics for these from. I did a search for any threads about them but, well you all know how good these forums are.

They are a loot schematic.
They are single-use and cannot be factory produced (any more).

There's probably a post over on the game guides forum that can tell you who to loot them from.

You might find them for sale on the public bazaar. You could try a search for 'blue' using the filter.

Or if you want to loot your own, you might ask in teh Items and Loot forum for details.

Before the CU the easiest place to loot them was the Imp weapon factory on Naboo. I use to come outta there with about 15 or so in about 2 hours of killing.

On Allakhazam it is said that Tuskens also drop these schematics. But I spent half a day in Fort Tusken without finding any. That info may be in error.

I can confirm that they DO drop from Tuskens, albeit VERY slowly. For that matter, it seems like anything the tuskens drop (except their outfits and, lately, crystals) comes very slowly. Yesterday I looted the couch schematic from them for the very first time, and I hunt at the fort regularly. Oddly enough, I got my first feed tube from there the same day. Maybe things are being adjusted, or maybe I got lucky. Dunno...

They are named "large couch" on the bazaar and on vendors, same as the dark brown/black couch with the red "throw". Materials are 90 metal and 80 hide (or is it the other way around?). Anyway, they have a fairly trivial material cost, much less than most other things that look as good.
