None. The reason being that artisan XP is gained at a rate of 2XP per resource unit used. So there is "none" that give better XP per resource. They all give the same.

For artisan you mean? What you can do is just keep grinding the weapon droid and general item crafting tool. 65 exp per pop. It cost bout 30 resources to build. What I would recommend,. is geting the components and making a mineral harvester, then get wind power, then just set them up and run and youll get good resources.. Without harvesters, crafters are NOTHING

If the only tree you have is engineering 4 then I would suggest Heavy Axes. You need Wood and steel. No, you don't get the most XP from Heavy Axes but when grinding you also have to consider the time it takes to grind a single schematic and Heavy Axes (I feel) have the best combination of XP gain per resources used and time taken. Grab a stack of Wood, a stack of Steel and have a seat. Start grinding and you'll hit architect in no time. I planned for this in advance and had enough wood/steel in my pack set aside for when I hit Eng 4. As soon as I was trained in it I pulled out my stacks and started grinding. A few hours later I was an architect and the grind was over...

...well no I like to refer to my harvester runs as the never ending architect grind. =)

If you have the resources you can grind the entire 33K gcxp to Architect in 30 minutes.

The item, personal harvestors, they grant pure gcxp now, thats over 400xp per pop, now you will need a good supply of steel, aluminium, and ore to make them, but if you make a couple harvs for each of those three resources to start, let them sit for a day or two, then you should have enough resources from them to sit down for half an hour and turn that goal into a reality.
