Who here can honestly say as a Master Architect that it would take you more walls to build a guarden than it does to build a PA HALL. I probably could have got 1 million to 1 odds on that not being possible but there you have it. If anything it should take 1 wall module and 15k flora or something along those lines but 16 walls to make plants and soil seems a bit hmmm funny.
I thought so at first, but then got to thinking about some of the park areas i've seen in game... particularly on Corellia.
If you take a look, walling in those parks would take a lot of walls to do.

Let alone that a Large Garden might actually be much bigger than people think. I mean 5000 flora goes a long way. =)
