I'm looking to buy a house on Lowca (coriella), but I'm not sure I can deal with the maintenance. Can anyone give me an idea of what maintenance costs by type and size of house? Does it differ by server?

Small House - 384 / day

Medium House - 816 / day

Large House - 1200 / day

Guild Hall - 1800 / day

Doesn't matter what server.

Yes, guild hall is 2400/day

Also, right now, mediums and smalls offer the same storage amount. Small (except Naboo 1 lot house) can hold 150 items. A medium house also only holds 150 items. 75 items per lot used with 250 being the max.

So, also take that into consideration when making your purchase.

I know this has been posted many times but seeing as these boards have a subpar search feature I am posting this. Does anyone know or have link to something with the maintenance costs for various house sizes, factories, etc. Thanks.

All maintainence fees are be viewable (for houses) in the feature (http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/content.jsp?page=Player%20Houses%20Index)that the main site did on houses a while back.No offense, but I think the reason why you can't find anything with the supposedly"sub-par" search feature on the forumsis because not many people post questions that are already answered on the main site's info.

These two places are good for calculating factory and Harvester output vs cost. It also lists the cost of each one.
