Ok, i have thought from day 1 that player cities will be dominated by PAs....i would say 90% of the cities will created by the PAs...they have already placed tons of houses to "mark their territory"
Wont the PAs resident archtiect just build all the stuff for them....wont most of us be left where we are now...or do some of you actually believe that there is going to be a market for Gungan Heads and Fountains.
We are just going to get some schematics for structures we will never build and never participate in designing a city at all since some other bloke who is a politician will just place the little deeds anyway.
Frankly i have no real excitement over any of this

Being in a PA with a fairly large city area I agree with you to a degree. Yet, none of us know the acutal # of declared residents required for each level of a PC will be (unless I've missed this somewhere). So say a PA with 45 members has 45 declared residents and they need 5 more residents to reach a level 4 or whatever. You, being an Architect could in turn offer your declared residence up to them so they can reach level 4 status to gain access to a Shuttleport. By joining their city you demand to be paid/compensated for building PC or regular structures for them. So you are doing them a favor by adding a tally to their City residence total and they do you a favor by bringing in regular or somewhat regular business for your Architect skills, Besides whose to say that all Architects will pursue Urban Planner anyways, for the very reason you just stated, it will be controlled largely by PAs. Yet I feel that the PCs that will have the most success are those on Secondary planets or near places of interest that have no shuttleport or Spaceport to travel to them (like near Wayfar/Jabba's Palace on Tatooine) or on Dantooine somewhere away from the outposts.
