Thread: Finally Hit Installations IV but can't figure this out

I've hit Installations IV but when i use my tool near a crafting station i still don't get an option to build heavy harvestors. Any ideas why? I get the large house deed to appear but no heavy harvestors. I even see them in my schematics but never available to build. Go figure.

You can only make Heavys at a private carfting station. You can't use a public one.
