just curious, but is it architects that will be able to craft gardens or what? im already an architect and im wondering because those gardens look exciting and I want to craft them

they are in the construction line with the rest of the city buildings... They are only placeable by a mayor within his city limits...

oh... so like the mayor would have to gather the resources or whatever it takes and place them like city buildings, meaning no new crafting for myself

no, you craft it... Then sell it to the mayor =)
