Thread: lot transfer experiences?
greetings...
I wanted to poll the community and see if anyone had any experiences with this...
if your put on admin, and you keep up the fee's... can you run something/maintain a structure/factory/harvister that some one else planted for you, after they cancel thier accound and fade from memories? This question could also be fielded in the form of: after they erase thier toon from that server.
or does the the "traders" lots fade from all servers after a cancel?
the couple bounce back's ive gotten from initial inquire have been mixed, so im trying to get a biger sampling pool.
thanks
The way the game is setup now, when a character is deleted, all items, structures, harvesters, everything is deleted from the server.
We had an issue where our guild leader's character was deleted, and our pa hall vanished 2 weeks ago =(.
It's a pain, but they did it this way so that people couldn't create a character, place 10 harvesters, then delete their character and make a new one, and get more than their allowed 10 lots.
Hope this helps clear that up.

hey jyss... would really apreciate a follow up post on your finding.. or at least to touch base.
still trying to see if there is a difference...
having a structure placed for you, and the person just canceling, not deleting the charature... if they dont wipe x-players data, is that hair thin enough to slice that the structures might stay active as long as they are payed?
If he just cancels his account and does'nt delete the toon, the lots/items should stay there BUT, the SYSTEM will delete his toon after a period of time being cancelled and everything poofs on deletion of the toon as has been stated.
I wouldn't trust anything important to staying around. If you just have some cheap medium or small harvestors o nthem and don't mind them poofing one day when hte toon is deleted, that's different but I wouldn't have my house on his lots.
