Hi guys, the way I do it is..

take the amount of resources x 2.5 add a salary for putting it together and then add other profits,,

example a heavy harvester would be

resources in Heavy mineral harvester = 27770x 2.5 = 69435

then I add a fee for the times it takes so Icharge 80k minimun..

a hospital.. i would sell for about 95k with a 15 profit if it were friends, but my normal price is 130k

Another thing guys, lets try to get the prices up again

Im tires of seeing people dumping harvester etc for like 20k for a MEDUIM.. think about it a medium is 12070 units of resources.. If you had to buy the resourcesof abazaar Its minimum x 3 + time to put it together.

so minimun 40k people,,

Best advice to prices of city building, do a quick calculation, find out how many resources it use.. if you got pleanty of resources then x2.5 if your low then do a x 3 .. and then add minimum 25k

Yeah.. Im in this Business to Makemoney, not for fun

BTW Looking for a +40 craftingstation..

I use the following Excel spreadsheet.

Basically it takes all the resources cost into account, currently the default is 2.5 per unit but some things like ore tend to go up and basic metal goes down.

This spreadsheet then calculates the cost and from there I add in the profit margin, between 5 and 10%.

Thx for the pricing structure guys, but I was looking for a round about price on them as if I was going to walk up and buy them from you. That way I have a general idea of what I will need. I have the cash, thats not a problem. I just dont want to have to cry when I purchase them. What is the price of a Bank. That will do for now.
