ok not sure where to post this so guessing our architect forum would be the best place to start

I was shopping outside theed entered a generic pa hall was looking for vendors thought they may be on the lower floor

I tried using the lift wouldn't let me go to the lower floor got a message"you are already on the lowest floor" even when i was clearly on the ground floor the lift just wouldn't go to the lower floor

is this a bug or is there an option to deny access to the lower floor of a generic guildhall

Its a known bug and has been for quite some time. Try crossing a server boundry and trying again. That works sometime times.

kool thanks for the reply shame was hoping there was an actual option to keep the lower floors private oh well
